Este site e todos os materiais nele disponibilizados (brochuras, plantas, mapas de acabamentos, imagens e preços) têm caráter exclusivamente informativo e promocional. Nada neste site constitui uma oferta contratual, uma promessa de venda ou aconselhamento de investimento.

Preços, áreas e disponibilidade

Os preços, áreas, condições de pagamento e disponibilidade apresentados são indicativos e podem ser alterados sem aviso prévio. As áreas indicadas resultam do projeto de execução e podem sofrer ajustes em obra. Só o contrato-promessa de compra e venda (CPCV) e a escritura vinculam as partes; em caso de divergência entre o site e esses documentos, prevalecem sempre os documentos contratuais.

Imagens e acabamentos

As imagens 3D (renders) são ilustrativas do conceito do projeto — mobiliário, vegetação e decoração não estão incluídos na venda, e o resultado final pode variar. Os acabamentos e as marcas indicadas correspondem à especificação em vigor à data de publicação, do tipo indicado "ou equivalente", e podem ser substituídos por soluções de qualidade equivalente ou superior no decurso da obra.

Propriedade intelectual

Os conteúdos deste site — textos, imagens, plantas, marca e logótipo — pertencem à Pontifex (marca de Nedpo Group, Lda.) ou aos seus licenciantes. Pode descarregar as brochuras para uso pessoal; qualquer outra utilização carece de autorização escrita.

Prices, areas, payment terms and availability shown are indicative and may change without notice. Stated areas derive from the execution design and may be adjusted during construction. Only the promissory contract of purchase and sale (CPCV) and the deed bind the parties; if the site and those documents differ, the contractual documents always prevail.
